Pro-life dinners

Sometimes as a priest you go to different events and are able to meet many of the people that are involved with the Pro-life movement. Last night I was able to go to the Healing and hope awards banquet in Washington DC. I was able to meet many people and to talk with many great people that work in the pro-life movement people such as Bud Macfarlane Sr., Joe Langfeld, Daniel Flynn, Missy Smith, Mary Perrelli, I also was able to speak with some of the up and coming pro-life people like Marie Hahnenberg famous for the pill kills http://www.thepillkills.com/ It was good also to see so many priest that attended. It is so important to see the priest at these events to help people get a better idea that we are there to lead and support them in this ever so important movement. Remember as a priest it is important to inspire the people by our example. Just being there many people came up to me and wanted to talk. What a beautiful way to lead by example.
